Yeah, he's not opposed to this plan at all. Even with with the impending threat of almost certain legal trouble doesn't sidetrack from kissing her back, and he nearly laughs because this is so ridiculous but he can't lie, his heart's beating fast from the thrill and the sheer happiness of getting to kiss her again.
