He gives a casual shrug and pockets the bobby pin, evidence. Not that his prints aren't already all over the doorknob, he has definitely failed in that department but there's still time to like, wipe it down or something later. "I'd show you how to do it, but it's classified. Just kidding, it's totally not classified, but I feel like if this is a thing that you think is hot, I should probably keep it to myself lest somebody else jacks my skill so they can impress you."
He holds the door open for her after making sure they're still alone and quickly ushers himself in after her. Once he turns around, he feels... oddly underwhelmed. It's a small room--pretty much a cellblock except actually less well-kept--with just enough space for the one chair, a couple files cabinets, and a desk topped with TVs. The first TV Newt notices is showing black and white footage of what's outside, and a piece of masking tape jankily labels it as TR STN. "I'm guessing that's the one we need." He gestures toward the cabinets. "If they switch tapes out every day, should be easy enough to find in there."
